Thoughts on nutrition
As a rule of thumb, if it tastes good or makes you feel good, it’s probably bad for you. Yes, I still love my double cheese burger with fries and a large Coke! Just not every day, maybe once a month if I’m lucky.
Restated, nutrition is the essential ingredients that our body needs to function. If it doesn’t get even one of those essentials, problems will develop.

Vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, amino acids, essential fatty acids and sugars (carbohydrates) are the BUILDING BLOCKS of complete nutrition.
